【What is stereoscopic vision?】
By viewing two images with slightly shifted parts with the left and right eyes, the shifted part can be seen in three dimensions.
It is said to be effective for loosening the eye muscles and restoring eyesight.
There are two methods for stereoscopic vision: the Parallel Viewing and the Cross Viewing.
○the Parallel Viewing
Keep your eyes parallel and look at the image on the right with your right eye. Look at the image on the left with your left eye.
○the Cross Viewing
Cross your eyes and look at the image on the left with your right eye. Look at the image on the right with your left eye.
